dc.description.abstract In order to live a better life, healthcare is crucial. Technology has never played a more importan role in healthcare as patients and medical professionals negotiate the public health crises. Users are typically not aware of all the symptoms or treatments associated with a given ailment. For small problems, users need to go to the hospital for a check-up, which takes more time. This problem can be resolved by a healthcare chatbot that offers relevant guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Healthcare chatbots, which help users submit health-related issues, depend on natural language processing to function.Without being physically present at the hospital, the user can utilize the chatbot to ask any personal health-related questions. The suggested concept is to create a healthcare chatbot that, prior to seeing a doctor, will identify the condition and provide basic information about it. The purpose of the healthcare chatbot is to lower healthcare expenses and increase access to medical information. Large diseases can begin as little issues, and since most diseases have common symptoms, they can be predicted if a patient's body is examined on a regular basis. en_US
