dc.description.abstract The real estate sector is one of the fastest growing and challenging sectors in Bangladesh. The study aims to measure the customer satisfaction towards the real estate company in Cumilla City. The descriptive nature of the study is conducted through a self-associated questionnaire survey among 100 respondents; these are randomly selected from Gold Silver Development Ltd. (GSDL), a renowned housing company and working best for improving the customer satisfaction in the Real Estate sectors of Bangladesh. The developed survey questionnaire designed to the five point Likert scale; these are used to measure the customer satisfaction towards the real estate company in Cumilla City. The analysis of the study found that customers are satisfied towards the real estate company’s Project Facilities, Service Quality, Brand Reputation, Location and Accessibility and also their safety and security issues of GSDL Company. We applied a quantitative approach to collect the data via online and also physical questionnaires. This research employed an empirical study using the questionnaire survey method to verify the hypotheses. Data were obtained from 100 consumers who bought and used environmentally friendly electronic products. The results from the final SPSS were used to confirm the proposed relationships among the variables. The research findings make some theoretical contributions to the literature and provide insight into Project Facilities, Service Quality, Brand Reputation, Location and Accessibility and also their safety and security issues. The findings of this study also have a lot of insightful managerial implications, especially for the industry, policy makers and also for the government. en_US
